Situated on a private cul de sac lot overlooking conservation lands, this child friendly villa greets vacationers with fine furnishings, Epcot theming and architectural upgrades. Each room of our Kissimmee pet friendly villa offers a taste of Epcot. As if you were walking around the World Showcase, you will encounter a different “country” in each room. Designer furnishings, window treatments and luxury linens and the extra little touches make every room an exception. Our vacation villa in Kissimmee has a private heated outdoor pool, spa and screened lanai as the star of this villa. Overlooking conservation land, this area is accessed through beautiful French doors from either the kitchen or family room. The pool & spa each have their own heating systems so you always have a hot spa without having to heat the pool. It also provides amenities such as private hot tub, walk-in closet, a fully equipped kitchen and a gourmet kitchen. The community heated outdoor pool, community outdoor tub and community sauna are also accessible from our villa. The volleyball court, outside tennis court, summer tennis and exercise facilities are also there for the enjoyment of our guests. You can see baseball games on flat screen TV, listen to your favorite music on DVD player and play indoor games too. There are video games, bumper pool table and board games in this Kissimmee villa. We provide bar, gas BBQ and dining table with 12 seatings to let you enjoy drinking and dining together in the evening light without stepping out of the villa. There are lounge chairs, float and pool toys so that you can relax by the poolside. Spread into 3000 square foot area, this villa has enough space to accommodate fourteen vacationers comfortably. Major attractions of Florida such as Disneyworld, Universal Studios and Seaworld are all in the easy reach of our Kissimmee, Florida vacation rental villa. You can access the amusement parks as well as water parks without spending much of your precious vacation time in commuting. You will enjoy your Florida vacations totally in this villa, which has all the facilities that are required for pleasurable vacations besides proximity to Florida attractions.
