Its 23 miles of smooth-sand beaches boast some of the best surfing on the East Coast, and the “strip” offers more than just souvenir T-shirts. The Daytona International Speedway, besides being home to one of the most famous NASCAR events of the year, houses an interactive motorsports attraction that includes the Richard Petty Driving Experience Ride Along Program which takes you around the track three times at speeds of up to 150 mph. Cape Canaveral is home to the Kennedy Space Center. The tours and exhibits are open from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily except Christmas Day. Payment Policy: All rates are quoted in US Dollars. A deposit of 50% is due day of booking. Balance is due 14 days prior to date of reservation. Reservations will be cancelled if final payment not received by due date (see cancellation policy). Cancellation Policy: For cancellations 60 or more days prior to arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 25% of deposit. For cancellations 30 or more days prior to arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of deposit. For cancellations 15 or more days prior to arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 75% of deposit. For cancellations 14 or less days prior to arrival, there is a cancellation fee of 100% of payment.

Rules: Any damage to resort property or possessions is your responsibility. You will be charged for missing items including linens, dishes, accessories, etc. You will be charged for any excessive cleaning that may be needed. You will be charged for damage done to the unit beyond normal wear and tear. You will be charged for violations to the house rules. There are no pets allowed on resort property and no Smoking allowed indoors at the resort.
