Our Villa is situated in Clear Creek and is one your family will not forget. Clear Creek is a delightful quiet community located 1 1/2 miles north of US Highway 192 and just off Highway 27. The Villa is fully furnished to a high standard. It has 4 bedrooms (2 on suite). There are two 2 Master Bedrooms and 2 twin rooms one of which is themed in Mickey Mouse for the youg children. We have a fully equiped kitchen and seperate laundry room. The pool is 21ft long enabling you to enjoy a good swim and is south facing. The spa and pool have lights in them enabling you to enjoy an evening dip after a long day at the parks.Our games room is equipped with a full size pool table, dart board and basket ball game. Walt Disney World is only 10 minutes drive and there is a shopping plaza at the entrance to the estate with various takeaways, 2 supermarkets (Wallmart) and a petrol station. The Orange Lake Golf club is on the 192 along with many other restaurants.

Payment Policy: Rates shown are in American Dollars. Payment is via paypal or English cheque . For British pound rates please contact owner. A $200 deposit is required on booking. A $250 damage deposit is required on booking and is fully refunded pending an inspection by our Management Company on your departure.

Cancellation Policy: providing the owners receive written notice of cancellation not less than 12 weeks prior to the actual booking date, the signatory will not be liable to pay the full balance but will forfeit the deposit. It is the signatorys responsibility to ensure the signed cancellation letter reaches the owner. E mail is not acceptable. If the cancellation is received after 12 weeks prior to the start of the holiday the signatory is is liable to pay the full balance of the invoice. If the owner is successful in re letting the property for all or part of the reservation period, the full balance or the part balance of the final invoice will be refunded.

Rules: This is a no smoking villa and no pets are allowed unless authorised by the owner. We ask that noise be kept to a minimum between the hours 22.00 - 07.30. Arrival time is 16.00 and departure time is 10.00.
