Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check. 25% of the rent is required to confirm your reservation and the balance due 45 days in advance. A refundable security or damage deposit of $300 is required to cover damage and breakage to the property and its contents. Will be return within 14 days of departure. If cancel anytime, all payment are forfeited except security or damage deposit. Optional pool heat is $150 per week or $25 per day, minimum 4 days is required. Cleaning of $85 charged for less than 4 days.
