Our villa is a luxurious 6 bedroom 4 bathroom pool home. Ideal for the guests who are looking for something special. Luxuriously decorated and furnished, and licensed to sleep 14 people comfortably. Large games room with Pooltable, Airhockey and Playstation. The villa has a private 30 x 14 heated pool and Jacuzzi spa. For families with small children we have strollers, high chair, crib and various other baby equipment. The villa is located in Winsor Hills, the only 5 star resort in Orlando. This resort serves as a haven from the larger world while remaining central to everything. The resort is only a few miles from Walt Disney World® and a short walk or drive to shopping and dining. The Windsor Hills Clubhouse is the vibrant center of activity for the community. And even though your home is close to the areas most renowned attractions, the activities and amenities of this venue are so special that you and your guests may choose not to leave.

Payment Policy: All prices are in US Dollars. All prices are nightly rates + 13 % tax. For stays less than 7 days we charge a $150 cleaning fee. All major cards accepted. Upon receiving the completed Booking Form we send an invoice with the total amount stating payment details. We require a 25% deposit to confirm the booking, which is non-refundable but will be deducted from the full rental amount due. The balance of the payment is to be paid no later than 10 weeks prior to your arrival date. When a booking is made within 10 weeks of your arrival date then full payment is required

Cancellation Policy: The guest may cancel the booking at any time after it has been confirmed. Cancellation must be made in writing or by e-mail. The following cancellation charges will apply: - More than 8 weeks before arrival - Loss of Deposit - Between 4 to 8 weeks before arrival - Loss of 50% of Total Cost - Less than 4 weeks before arrival - Loss of 100% of Total Cost
