This magnificent 6 bedroom 4 and a half bathroom home is exactly what you need to enjoy your Disney Florida Vacation. This home offers a first floor master bedroom suite which includes private bathroom, walk-in closet and a big sunken bathtub. The second floor also has a bedroom suite. The house offers an assorted game room. When relaxing at the house you will also have your own private pool and jacuzzi. The house is located in a gated community which offers a well equipped clubhouse - gigantic pool, exercise room, internet room, spa and outside basketball and volleyball court. This house is just 8 miles from the gates to Disney World. Seaworld, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Holyland and all the theme parks within 20 minutes. Busch Gardens is located 1 hour drive away. Downtown Orlando is also 20 minutes away where Orlando Magic play during the basketball season. The Tampa Bay Rays baseball team is an hour and 20 minutes away in St. Petersb

Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars. 20% of total amount, due 45 days before reserved dates. Money to be paid only in cashiers check.

Cancellation Policy: If canceling 60 days in advance 90% will be refunded. If canceling 30-59 days in advance 75% will be refunded. If canceling 15-29 days in advance 40% will be refunded. If canceling 1-14 days in advance there will not be any refund. The deposit will be returned to you after your stay, upon inspection of the property.

Rules: Rates are subject to change without prior notice. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. House items, big or small, are not permitted to leave the premises of the house. Anything missing or damaged during your stay will be charged against the deposit.
