Our Davenport, Florida vacation rental in Regal Palms resort and Spa is an ideal place for you to spend your precious vacation with family or friends. This townhouse offers a line of world class facilities and amenities for your convenient stay. Moreover, it is ideally located close to many major theme parks and superb golf courses. Our beautifully furnished 3 bedroom townhouse rental Davenport includes a king-size bed and four twin beds for a pleasant stay of six vacationers. The bedrooms are exquisitely furnished. The south facing balcony is ideal for lounging with a relaxing drink at dusk. There are three bathrooms, which are well fitted with showers and bathtubs. The comfortable living area of this designer furnished Davenport vacation rental townhouse is well lit. It features flat screen TV, cable TV, DVD player, games and DVD library for your indoor entertainment. To cater to your culinary needs, there is a fully equipped kitchen. The house has disability access as well. The patio at our Davenport vacation townhouse is well arranged with chairs to let you sit and relax. You can also take advantage of the onsite health club, exercise facilities, pools, beauty saloon, restaurant and bar/lounge. Davenport, with it's excellent road links, is ideally placed to access all the major theme parks and the Atlantic and Gulf coast beaches. You can take your family for a visit to Disneyworld – FL, Epcot Center, Seaworld, Universal Studios and Busch Gardens to have a fun-filled time there.

POLICY:
Payment Policy: Rates are quoted in British Pounds.Exchange rate to other currancies will be agreed at time of booking. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required within 7 days of booking, and the balance is due 56 days before start of hire period. In addition, a security deposit of £100 is required at time of booking. Payments in British pounds cheques drawn on UK banks, or US dollar checks on US banks only accepted. Credit cards are accepted where payments may be made direct to our management company, and will attract a charge of 3%.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations more than 8 weeks before start of hire period will incur loss of deposit. Cancellations between 8 weeks and 5 weeks of start of hire period will incur a charge of 50% of total rental. Cancellations made less than 5 weeks before start of hire period will incur 100% loss of total rental. It is IMPORTANT that you obtain adequate insurance coverage.

Rules: Rates are subjected to change without prior notice.A copy of our booking conditions and policies will be supplied to you for your acceptance prior to your booking with us. We aim to provide a home from home for all our guests, so adherence to a few simply rules are asked, for example:- No smoking in the house,no pets. Please don't park on the grass, you may break the pop-up sprinklers! All these are detailed in our management information pack which is in the house.
