POLICY:
Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars.2 week - $450 per week + 12% sales tax (extra days rate $64 + tax per day).
3 week - $425 per week + 12% sales tax (extra days rate $60 + tax per day).2 month - $1475 per month + 12% sales tax (extra days rate $60 + tax per day).
3 month - $1450 per month + 12% sales tax (extra days rate $60 + tax per day).
4 month - $1425 per month + 12% sales tax (extra days rate $60 + tax per day).
5 month or more - $1400 per month + 12% sales tax* (extra days rate $50 + tax per day).A Deposit of $100 is required to reserve our home.Payment may be made by personal or business check, Visa or Mastercard using paypal.50% of balance to be paid 60 days before arrival, remainder of rent plus the 12% sales tax to be paid no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the reservation.
Cancellation Policy: If it is necessary to cancel your reservations, you will receive a full refund on your Reservation Deposit minus a $100.00 cancellation fee if the cancellation is made 60 days or more prior to the planned arrival date. If a cancellation is made less then 60 days prior to your arrival, your reservation deposit cannot be refunded unless we are able to rent the property for that period of time. In this case, we can return your entire reservation deposit minus the $100.00 cancellation fee.
Rules: Small pets by arrangement only. There may be an additional pet deposit added to the Security deposit. Please obtain our written approval prior to your visit if you intend on bringing your pet.Our Home is non smoking. There will be an additional $100 fee if smoking occurs in our home.Local service is provided for your convenience. All long distance calls are to be made on your calling card, pre paid phone card or credit card.
