It comes with two king-size beds, a double bed and two twin beds to accommodate up to 10 vacationers. For your convenience, there are three well fitted bathrooms too.This Davenport vacation rental for 10 is furnished to an extremely high standard. The living room includes facilities such as TV, cable TV, DVD player, DVD library and CD stereo for your indoor entertainment. You can cook your favorite dishes in the well stocked kitchen and relish them with your family.There is a a large screened heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, a large deck where you can enjoy sunbathing or al-fresco dining, while cherishing the lush green views of the wooded conservation area. For the delight of golf lovers, our Davenport villa rental near golf course is the perfect base as superb golfing opportunities and facilities are easily accessible. In addition, this villa is a delight for kids as well. They can visit Disney World – FL, Epcot Center, SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Busch Gardens. All of these place are not too far from our villa.

Payment Policy: Rates are is US Dollors. Rates are quoted in £ sterling. A deposit of £200 is required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before departure.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 8 weeks before arrival will be entitled to a full refund of any pre-payment. Cancellations received 4-8 weeks before arrival will be entitled to a refund of 50%. Cancellations received 2-4 weeks before arrival will be entitled to a refund of 25%. Cancellations received less than 2 weeks before arrival will not be entitled to any refund. The initial booking deposit of £200 is non-refundable.
