POLICY:
Payment Policy: Rates in US Dollars, however sterling can be accepted if preferred. Paypal is also available for credit cards (4% surcharge) Minimum stay at Easter, Christmas and Thanksgiving week is 7 days.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation prior to 90 days before start, refund possible less any booking charges incurred on site. Later cancellations policy depends upon re-rental at short notice.

Rules: Pool heat can be added as an extra- June through September, $20 each night Pool heat October through May, $30 each night.
