The plush bedrooms include two master suites – one with a king-size bed and the other with a queen-size bed. Third has a queen-size bed and the rest two have twin beds. There is a day bed with a trundle bed in the game room and for some additional guests; there are two hide-a-beds. The bathrooms are well outfitted as per modern standards. You will be delighted to use the fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite recipes and there is a big dining table for family feasts along with superb provisions for barbequing. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. For your entertainment, our child friendly house rental in Kissimmee for 10 features a carpeted game room with foosball and pool tables, a dart board and a PlayStation 2 console. The office/reading room is equipped with a Compaq computer and a HP picture quality printer with media slots so that you can either print your pictures directly or print and email them via the computer. Free high speed digital cable is included in case you want to bring your laptop and just plug in to the net or use the printer/fax machine. Our private swimming pool is unlike any other. It is completely private, covered and screened. The yard is dotted with large palm trees and is completely fenced. We also offer an array of pool toys and an assortment of baby equipment which includes a Play & Pack, Hi-Chairs, a Stroller and various toys, games, books, badminton and volleyball equipment, etc. Your family is going to love their trips to the nearby amusement and theme parks including Disney World. Special Pricing $120 pricing is available anytime a booking is within 45 days of the check-in date except for the summer month’s of Jun through Aug. A special rate of $135 per night applies to those months if the check-in date is within 45 days of the booking date. All Rates subject to 13% Florida Sales Tax
