Located in a quiet residential complex, Florida Sun, our sun kissed Kissimmee Florida vacation home, is your home-away-from-home. Part of the Emerald Island Resort, this charming retreat enjoys easy access to Disney World and other attractions. Our 6 bedroom house rental in Kissimmee can comfortably lodge up to 14 guests. The plush bedrooms contain two king-size beds, two queen-size beds, two twin beds, two bunk beds and a crib. The aptly fitted bathrooms will add more convenience to your stay. Those, who love to cook their own meals, will be delighted to see our fully equipped kitchen and a nice charcoal grill. There is a kids play area with Xbox 360 and video games. The game room contains a pool table, ping-pong table and dart board. This child friendly Kissimmee vacation home rental features a spacious lanai with heated pool and spa. The pool patio with table, chairs and large umbrella provides ample space for outdoor dining, sunning or simply lounging. For more enjoyment, you can access the community swimming pool or the tennis and volleyball courts. Lots of exciting outdoor activities are available near our Kissimmee home rental. POLICY:
Payment Policy: All Rates In US Dollars. Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years Rates are: $325/night & $2275/week. To heat the pool there is an additional fee of $35/day. Rates do not include 13% Sales & Resort Tax. There is a $125 Cleaning Fee and a $300 Security Deposit for this rental.
