Our 4 bedroom rental home in Kissimmee can delightfully accommodate up to 10 vacationers. The spacious master bedroom with a king-sized bed features a TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower and deep garden tub. It enjoys access to pool area as well. The second master bedroom hosts a queen-sized bed, TV, and private en-suite bathroom. The two other bedrooms contain twin beds in each and share a full bathroom. To take care of your culinary desires, there is a fully stocked kitchen with breakfast nook and expansive dining area. This Kissimmee vacation home rental has a large family room well appointed with a queen-size sofa sleeper and a load of entertainment facilities including cable TV, DVD player, VCR, games and of course Internet access as well. The French doors in the family room open on to the lanai. This area and the dining area had new tile installed May 2010. A screened private swimming pool with jetted spa and peaceful water fall is there in the lanai for your enjoyment. Also, there is a private gas barbecue grill, which you can fire for enjoying some sizzling cookouts while staying at our Kissimmee house rental. You will find SeaWorld, Universal Studios, amusement park, theme park nearby this Kissimmee home near Disney World. For beach buffs, the Clearwater Beach as well as Daytona Beach is an hour’s drive away. Moreover, there are walking trails, soccer and baseball courts, play equipment, shopping malls, quality restaurants and much more to explore. Golf aficionados would be delighted to know that our Kissimmee home near golf course provides easy access to more than a dozen of golf courses, where they can play a round or two on the elegantly manicured greens.

Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars. Pool/Spa Heating Available for $15 per night. 13% Florida Sales/Tourist Tax. Cleaning fee of $90 applies for stays of 4 nights or less.

Cancellation Policy: CANCELLATIONS – A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within (60) days of arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel one hundred twenty (120) days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (90) days prior to check-in.
