Located in the secured gated development of Sunset Ridge, this vacation villa is close to the magical world of Disney, two award winning golf courses and a vast array of shops and restaurants. Our air-conditioned 5 bedroom villa rental in Davenport can easily accommodate up to 12 guests. The well furnished bedrooms contain a king-size bed, a queen-size bed, double bed and four twin beds. Two of the bedrooms come with exquisite en-suite facilities. For rest of the bedrooms there is an adequately fitted bathroom. Each of the bedrooms is tastefully carpeted, and owns a TV and a walk- in closet. This rental villa has a fully equipped kitchen and superb barbecuing provisions. The floor tiled lounge offers a cool environment needed for watching DVD, VCR or listening to your favorite music on CD/Stereo. There is a smaller lounge with a sofa-bed and hi-fi stereo system and Internet access. This child friendly Davenport FL vacation rental features a screened lanai with a floodlit swimming pool. Outside dining facilities and loungers are provided on the pool deck for your enjoyment. If you travel with your pets then you will find our Davenport pet friendly villa well suited to your requirements. Universal Studios, SeaWorld, Epcot Center and other Florida attractions like amusement parks and theme parks lie within easy reach of our Davenport villa rental. Golf enthusiasts can find golfing greens just a short drive away from this rental villa. There are busy shopping malls and upscale restaurants in the vicinity of this Davenport vacation villa. Rental does not include State and County tax, which is currently 13%.

Payment Policy: All Rates in US Dollars.All correspondence will be sent to the first named person at the address specified. The booking is not accepted until acknowledged by us. A deposit of $150.00 per week is required at the time of booking. A verbal booking by telephone will only be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit being paid. The balance plus $200 security bond MUST be received 10 weeks prior to the date of departure. The rental period commences 3 p.m local time on the day of arrival (unless otherwise agreed). Vacation is by 10 a.m on the day of departure (unless otherwise agreed) to allow sufficient time to clean for the next guests. The security deposit of $200 is payable per booking. The deposit will be returned as soon as possible after your return home (usually within 2 weeks), after we have received confirmation that the villa has been left in a satisfactory condition. Cancellation Policy: In the event that you cancel your booking, the following cancellation charges will apply: If we are unable to re-book the same dates, your deposit will not be refunded.
