POLICY:
Payment Policy: Prices are given on a weekly/nightly basis.
Prices include taxes, cleaning charges, villa facilities and utilities.
Stays of less than 5 nights will incur a £50/$90 cleaning surcharge.
Prices are in pounds, a quote for US Dollars will be given at time of inquiry depending on the exchange rate. Prices for Christmas/New Year/Easter periods will be quoted separately.
Payment methods:
Personal cheque/check, internet bank transfer, postal order, credit cards (fee applies).
A security deposit of £150 ($250) in the form of a separate cheque will be required when you make your final payment, 8 weeks before your departure. It will be returned, un-cashed to you 28 days after you vacate the villa following confirmation from management that there has been no damage).
1. Bookings can be reserved with a £100.00 per week non-refundable deposit.
2. Balance due 8 weeks prior to departure date.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations within the 8 weeks are fully chargeable.
Rules: Whilst we reserve the right to increase or decrease accommodation prices at any time, we will confirm to you the current price at the time of booking. As soon as you have confirmed your booking and paid your deposit or full payment, the cost of the rental is guaranteed against any further increase. This guarantee is offered subject to our terms and conditions and payment being adhered to and providing you do not make further amendments to your holiday arrangements.
Your holiday home rental includes accommodation as booked, including services e.g. electricity and water (excluding pool heating unless otherwise stated).
NOT included in our rental price: a) Flights b) Car Hire c) Holiday Insurance d) Pool Heating. Bookings are valid after:
1 The booking form has been completed and signed and received by the Owner and
2 The appropriate deposit has been paid and
3 The booking has been confirmed in writing by the Owner to the Guest.
