Set around Lake Davenport this tranquil resort over 70 acres of landscaped grounds has everything you may need, childrens play area and pool, sports and fitness facilities, several pools, restaurants, shop and a full service spa and salon. Our condominium has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one en suite), fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, refridgerator, dishwasher and washer-dryer, the living room has television, DVD, and stereo. the condo also has a safe and 2 private balconies. The unit is ideally situated for all Orlando's entertainment and theme parks (Walt Disney World 6 miles, Downtown Disney 10 miles, Sea World 18 miles) and don't forget the wonderfull golf courses and shopping malls

Payment Policy: Discounts are available on selected dates Rates are quoted in US Dollar. There is a $74 departure cleaning fee with all bookings. A deposit of one night’s rent is due within 10 business days from the day of booking. Full payment can be made on arrival at the resort. Personal checks, traveler’s checks and Paypal are accepted forms of payment for the deposit.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 31 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00 . For cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival and more than 14 days prior to arrival there is a fee of 1 nights rent.There are no refunds for cancellations less than 13 days prior to arrival. Travel insurance is advised.

Rules: 1 person in the party of guests must be over the age 21 years to book this apartment. A set of rules will be sent with the booking enquiry.
