This condo is partially handicapped accessible in that the kitchen has bottom cabinets that are lower, the microwave is placed on the counter and the sink is wheelchair accessible; the master bathroom has a roll-in shower and a hand held shower spray and wheelchair access to the sink; and all of the doors in the unit are wider to accommodate a wheelchair passing thru.
