Furnished to create an executive villa with two luxurious lounge areas, spacious kitchen, dining area, breakfast nook, 4 bedrooms, two ensuite, all with TV's, 3 bathrooms and a south facing, secluded oversize pool with large sun deck and a bathroom serving the pool area.Our home is in a woodland conservation area which the swimming pool overlooks, making it a very private & tranquil location at Tuscan Ridge on US27. A Countryside retreat that is only 15 minutes away from the theme parks. All the Villas in our area are beautifully furnished.

All Rates Are In Pounds Sterling Rates Are Subject To Change until booking is confirmed.Deposit required at time of booking.Full payment plus a refundable security deposit is due 8 weeks before arrival date. Personal cheques, Bank transfer, Credit card +4% & PayPal +4% are all acceptable.

Rules: We want your stay to be a happy experience and simply ask that you treat our home with the respect that you would show in your own home. No pets are allowed.Rule breakers will lose their security deposit. No smoking in the house but smoking on the pool deck is acceptable. Our pool rules are posted on the pool deck. Children under 12 years should not be in the pool without adult supervision. Please ensure garbage is placed in the trash bins and put at the roadside on collection days and returned to their place after they have been emptied. Please park on the driveway and not on the road when at all possible.If you are unsure about anything please contact our manager. She will be happy to guide and advise you.
