Among the many features this home has to offer Tv's in every bedroom, DVD Player, internet signal, playpen, highchair it also has an umbrella stroller you can take to the parks and avoid a stroller rental fee. There is a ping pong table in the garage for your enjoyment, there is also a bucket with children toys. There is an IPOD docking station and alarm clock. Therei are supermarkets and gas stations within 5 minutes from the home and the interstate to travel to Disney and Universal Theme parks is only minutes away. To the rear there is a small covered patio area with a fully screened in pool. The property benefits from overlooking a pretty lake and conservation area.

Cancellations made within 6 weeks to 2 weeks prior to arrival will loose booking deposit of $250.00 or rental amount if less than this. Cancellations within 2 weeks to 4 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Cancellations within 3 days of arrival have a 100% cancellation fee.
