Located in Thousand Oaks Davenport, opposite a 40-acre lake with secluded pool overlooking a wooded preserve, our Orlando, Florida vacation rental villa is only 15 minutes from the main gate of Walt Disney World. Just 2 miles from Champions Gate/I-4 junction, the villa also has easy access to SeaWorld, Universal Studios and Busch Gardens. Both the Gulf Coast to the west and Kennedy Space Centre to the east are within an easy reach. This spacious 4 bedroom rental villa in Davenport, Orlando can easily lodge up to ten vacationers. Each bedroom has it’s own TV and they are well furnished (1 has X-Box 360 as well). The three bathrooms all have bath and shower facilites to add maximum comfort and convenience to your stay. To cook your favorite recipes in the modern, fully equipped gourmet kitchen will be a delightful experience. The great room features four sofas and two rocking chairs for viewing the 42” HD TV in comfort and also there is a Hi-Fi /DVD player with surround sound to keep you wired to your music or to view the latest DVD’s which can be rented locally. One sofa is convertible in addition the beds for 10 guests, to add to the sleeping flexibility (Plus 2 cribs/cots for younger folk. There is a game room featuring slate based AMF pool table, foosball/air hockey table, darts board and X-Box 360 for your family to have a gala time. Our Orlando villa rental also offers loads of games for kids to enjoy their vacations. The solar heated pool is south facing and looks out to wooded preserve, so you are not overlooked by any neighbours. In the cooler months additional electric pool heating is available with discounts in the spring and autumn. There is a gas barbecue to grill your favorite food in the evening on the rear patio with it’s own seating and just off the kitchen to easily restock supplies. We have a no smoking policy inside this Orlando vacation rental villa, but with the 2 patios close to hand this usually does not cause a problem. Golf enthusiasts, staying at our Orlando villa near golf courses will be delighted by the easy access to excellent golfing facilities and opportunities. The shopping centers are within easy access for you to stock up on supplies or buy your vacation souvenirs. . There are several restaurants at Champions Gate, the most popular is the Chili's Grill and Bar, plus many more just down the road on the 192 through Kissimmee. Outback Steak House, Carrabba's Italian Grill, Ponderosa, Golden Corral and Sizzlers to name a few. Also we have local McDonalds, Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, Subway and Chinese Take-Aways should you prefer a quick snack. Your kids will be extremely excited to meet all their magical Disney characters, while vacationing at this Orlando villa near Disney World.
