The bedrooms are well furnished and the bathrooms are well appointed as per modern standards to add maximum comfort and convenience to your stay. You will be delighted to use the fully equipped kitchen to cook your favorite recipes and there is a gas barbeque grill to gather over some sizzling cookouts. The screened terrace of our Davenport vacation rental villa is perfect for lounging with your favored brews and beverages. For your entertainment this Davenport luxury villa rental features several TVs with cable and DVD players so you can catch up with your favorite movies, sitcoms and shows. To surf the web or catch up with emails, Internet access is also available. You can also revel in the private outdoor swimming pool which can be heated for a nominal extra charge. Regretfully, we cannot accommodate pets and also have a no smoking policy. Payment Policy: All rates are in US Dollars Low Season:- $700/£375/Week, $100/£55/Night. Medium Season:- $850/£450/Week, $125/£65/Night. High Season:- $1000/£525/Week, $150/£75/Night.

Cancellation Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $50.00. For cancellations less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 31 days prior to arrival there is a fee of one night rent. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival. Travel Insurance is advised.
